• Process orders, quotes, deliveries, and payment data with accuracy
• Provide excellent customer service via walk-ins, calls and emails
• Educate customers on product terminology, features and benefits
• Coordinate shipments and resolve issues with internal teams
• Support warehouse tasks and basic forklift operations as needed
