Responsibilities

• Maintain house accounts and communicate with dealers about new products and promotions.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing and lost customer accounts.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates accurately.
• Provide product information, warranties, and returns to customers.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including inventory counts and forklift movement.
• Coordinate with branches and departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records and generate sales activity reports.
