Job summary

Daikin Group's Lenexa, KS branch is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle customers at the counter, on the phone, and by email. You will identify needs, answer questions, propose solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process while supporting territory coverage with regional Sales Managers.

You will expand knowledge of HVAC products, maintain dealer relationships, process orders, and deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or industrial equipment.
• High School diploma or GED; HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter, on the phone, and via email to fulfill orders.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes, and delivery dates accurately.
• Provide product and technical information and recommend alternatives.
• Maintain house accounts through dealer communication of product launches and services.
• Coordinate shipments with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors.
• Support branch manager and team to deliver excellent customer service.
