• Process orders, purchase orders, quotes, and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Recommend alternatives based on cost, availability or specs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Train new CSR/Inside Sales representatives and support branch sales goals.
