• Maintain accounts and communicate new product launches to drive sales.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email.
• Process orders, quotes, and delivery dates accurately.
• Advise on product substitutions based on cost or specs.
• Coordinate with branches and vendors to ensure timely shipments.
• Generate new and repeat sales through timely information.
• Educate customers on product terminology, features, and benefits.
• Maintain records and prepare sales Activity reports.
• Expand HVAC product knowledge with industry trends.
• Collaborate with management to resolve customer issues.
