Daikin Group is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to support customers face-to-face, by phone, or via email. You will handle orders, provide product information, and coordinate with branches to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining accounts, promoting new HVAC products and services, and delivering exceptional customer service while upholding company policies. 1–3 years sales experience and a HS diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic database apps.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts through active communication of new product launches, services and promotions via outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone and email.
• Process orders, purchase orders, payments, quotes and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution and vendors regarding shipments and schedules.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits to improve sales and satisfaction.
• Record sales activities and prepare reports on performance.
• Expand knowledge of HVAC products and stay current with industry trends.
