Daikin Comfort is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to drive sales for HVAC products through face-to-face interactions, phone, and email. You will handle orders, provide product information, and coordinate with branches to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes knowledge of HVAC products, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage high-volume inquiries while maintaining accurate records and professional communication.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years progressive sales experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC products preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle orders, process purchase orders, and manage payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email communication.
• Explain product terminology, features and benefits to customers to improve sales and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors to expedite shipments.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
