Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders, quotes, and delivery dates; ensure accurate information for order entry.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email interactions.
• Maintain accounts by communicating new product launches, services, and discounts to customers.
• Educate customers about product terminology, features and benefits to improve sales and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with branches and departments to resolve problems and ensure timely shipments.
• Expand knowledge of HVAC products and keep current with industry trends.
