Daikin Group CSR/Inside Sales Representative seeks to sell HVAC products and services to prospective and existing customers. You will assist customers face to face, by phone, email or fax, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and ensuring a smooth, timely sales process.

In this role you will maintain dealer relationships, process orders, generate new and repeat sales, educate customers on product terminology and benefits, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely delivery and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of progressive sales experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment and products preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic data entry.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Help drive sales by maintaining accounts through ongoing communications about new product launches, services, supplies and discounts.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face interactions, phone calls and emails.
• Process orders, purchase orders, and delivery dates with accuracy to ensure correct items are ordered.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors to expedites shipments.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly.
