Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Help the Division deliver on its sales, including the new business component, by maintaining accounts through outbound communications about new product launches and discounts.
• Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and emails.
• Execute all aspects of the sales function including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes and delivery dates with accurate input.
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
• Obtain and monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and coordinate with manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors.
