Job summary

Abco is seeking a CSR/Inside Sales Representative to sell HVAC products and services to prospective and existing customers, via face-to-face, phone, email, or fax. You will learn policies and products and work with the Branch Manager to drive territory coverage and dealer relationships.

You will handle order processing, provide product information, suggest alternatives, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of progressive sales experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment/products preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts via proactive communication about new products and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Process orders, questions, quotes, and delivery dates with accuracy.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records and prepare sales reports.
