Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Comfort Advisor to assess homeowner needs, present HVAC replacement proposals, secure sales, and process orders. You will work with franchise teammates to ensure customer satisfaction, guiding customers through the sales process and exploring equipment and financing options.

The role requires 3 years of in-home sales experience, HVAC knowledge, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of in-home sales experience required.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills required.
• Discipline, customer focus, and passion for excellence required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pre-qualify, and call on customers to raise awareness of service offerings.
• Prepare estimates for contracts and proposals.
• Follow up on sales leads and lists from multiple sources.
