Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Comfort Advisor to engage homeowners, assess needs, and develop HVAC replacement/upgrade proposals. You will secure sales, process orders, and collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role involves pre-qualifying customers, presenting financing options, and expanding service agreements with both new and existing clients. A strong focus on closing and relationship-building is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of in-home sales experience required.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience with in-home service agreement estimating and sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pre-qualify, and call on customers to increase awareness of service offerings.
• Prepare estimates for contracts and proposals.
• Follow-up on sales leads and lists.
• Manage multiple opportunities focusing on service agreements and new equipment.
• Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements with customers.
• Maintain a closing ratio of 70%+ on leads and 50%+ on marketed leads.
• Demonstrate credibility and recommend total value solutions.
• Develop, write, and present proposals and contracts for service agreements.
