Authority Brands Inc. is seeking a Comfort Advisor to assess homeowner needs, present HVAC replacement/upgrade proposals, secure sales, and process orders.

You will work with customers through the sales process, exploring equipment and financing options while maintaining high credibility and a strong closing ratio. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and 3 years of in-home sales experience; associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong needs-based sales and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in home services or HVAC sales preferred.
• Ability to present proposals and close service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pre-qualify, and call on contract and non-contract customers to increase awareness of service offerings.
• Prepare estimates for contracts and proposals.
• Follow-up on sales leads and lists; manage multiple opportunities focused on service agreements and new equipment.
• Negotiate value and address resistance to close the sale.
