Job summary

Integrity Heating & Air, Inc. is seeking an experienced in-home HVAC sales professional to assess homeowner needs, present tailored solutions, and guide customers from the initial consultation to installation. You will manage proposals, pricing, and CRM data while maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the process.

The role emphasizes a service mindset, commission-based earning potential, and a collaborative team environment with ongoing training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales, home services, or a related field (5 years preferred).
• Strong ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Self-starter who can manage their schedule and follow through on appointments.
• Comfortable working in the field and inside customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs, evaluate existing systems, and recommend the right HVAC solutions.
• Prepare accurate proposals, pricing, and job details, ensuring all information is properly documented in the CRM.
• Guide customers through the sales process, building trust and delivering a high-level customer experience.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers from first meeting through installation.
• Manage your sales pipeline, including lead follow-up, estimates, and tracking job progress.
• Coordinate with the install team to ensure clear scope, accurate job details, and a smooth, well-executed project.
