Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales or home services is preferred.
• Strong communication and trust-building with homeowners.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Self-starter with ability to manage schedules and appointments.
• Comfortable working in customers' homes and in the field.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners to assess heating and cooling needs and propose HVAC solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and job details and document in CRM.
• Guide customers through the sales process with a high level of service.
• Maintain communication from first meeting to installation.
• Manage sales pipeline including leads, estimates, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with install team for clear scope and smooth project execution.
