The role involves working with new and existing customers through the sales process, exploring equipment and financing options, and driving service agreements and installations in Loveland, CO.

Qualifications

• 3 years of in-home sales experience required.
• Prior success in HVAC industry preferred.
• Experience with in-home service agreement estimating and sales preferred.
• Strong needs-based sales and relationship-building skills required.
• Disciplined, customer-focused, and sales-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pre-qualify, and call on customers to promote service offerings.
• Prepare estimates for contracts and proposals.
• Follow up on leads and manage multiple opportunities.
• Sell and renew service agreements and new equipment.
• Negotiate value and close sales with credible presentations.
• Maintain accessibility by phone and write proposals/contracts.
• Operate a company vehicle for estimates at customers' homes.
