Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience required.
• HVAC trade experience a plus.
• Strong communication and technical competence.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Presents HVAC system replacement options.
• Presents financing options.
• Learns One Hour sales system and ethical practices.
• Can perform Heat Load Calculations.
• Maintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisor.
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home.
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean on both the inside and the outside.
