Job summary

Comfortable Climate Heating, Air & Plumbing is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Field Supervisor to lead our residential service team across Hampton Roads, Williamsburg, and the Middle Peninsula. You'll stay hands-on while guiding technicians and solving complex diagnostic issues.

This role combines field leadership with in-the-trenches service work, including ride-alongs, coaching, and stepping in on service calls when needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead and coach technicians effectively.
• EPA Certification and residential system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise residential HVAC service technicians in the field.
• Conduct ride-alongs, job observations, and performance evaluations.
• Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Coach technicians on technical skills, customer communication, and service procedures.
• Coordinate technician schedules, priorities, and field support.
• Monitor workmanship, safety, and service quality.
