Job summary

RCL Mechanical is seeking an experienced Residential Plumbing & HVAC Working Field Supervisor who can lead from the field and mentor a team of technicians.

You will perform service, diagnostics, repairs, and installations while supervising day-to-day field operations, coaching peers, and ensuring top-quality work and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in residential heating systems, oil- and gas-fired equipment, and a proven track record of field leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential Plumbing and/or HVAC service experience.
• Massachusetts Plumbing and/or HVAC licensing preferred.
• Ability to supervise while performing field service and coaching teammates.

Responsibilities

• Run residential service calls and field work weekly.
• Diagnose, service, repair, and install residential Plumbing, HVAC, and heating equipment.
• Lead, coach, and mentor technicians in the field.
• Ensure safety, quality, and code compliance on jobsites.
• Collaborate with Service Manager to improve field efficiency.
• Maintain detailed work orders and customer communication.
