Job summary

ServiceX M.E.P., a Fidelity Company, seeks an HVAC Service Supervisor to lead field technicians, tackle advanced diagnostics, and ensure high-quality service on commercial systems. This role spends significant time in the field mentoring staff, diagnosing issues, and guiding startups and repairs.

Candidates should have 5+ years hands-on HVAC experience, strong communication skills, and relevant HVAC certifications or Journeyman license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in diagnosing, repairing, and commissioning HVAC systems.
• HVAC certifications or journeyman/master license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field support to HVAC service technicians on maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment startups.
• Assist with advanced diagnostics on complex issues across commercial HVAC systems.
• Deliver on‑the‑job coaching and training to technicians to improve skills and efficiency.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure standards and best practices.
