Job summary

Ridge Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical in Florida seeks an experienced HVAC Field Supervisor to lead residential service teams, coach technicians, and ensure safe, high‑quality workmanship while meeting performance goals.

This hands‑on leader will mentor crews, manage field operations and customer experience, enforce safety and OSHA standards, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through teamwork and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and system installation principles.
• EPA Certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC Service Technicians through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to technicians in the field.
• Monitor daily workflow, productivity, and service quality.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA requirements are enforced.
• Drive KPI improvements and coaching across the team.
