Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification required for compliance.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving and clean record.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Customer-focused with ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation or replacement of residential HVAC systems.
• Direct daily operations: scheduling, assignments, workflow.
• Approve procurement of equipment and parts to spec.
• Coach and evaluate HVAC technicians for development.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
