Comfort Climate Heating, Air & Plumbing is seeking an HVAC Field Supervisor to lead residential service techs in the Hampton Roads area. You’ll mentor technicians, perform ride-alongs, and provide hands-on diagnostic support while coordinating daily priorities and service delivery.

This field-first leadership role emphasizes coaching, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role includes a company vehicle and opportunities for career development in a locally owned business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to residential HVAC service technicians.
• Perform ride-alongs and field evaluations to coach technicians and improve performance.
• Provide hands-on technical support for difficult diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Step into the field to assist with service calls, diagnostics, estimates, and peak-season needs.
• Coordinate daily service priorities, workflow, and technician support.
• Monitor workmanship, safety, customer experience, and service quality.
