Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Hampton Bays, NY seeks a Supervisor, Field Operations to manage field crews installing, maintaining, and servicing residential HVAC equipment. You will schedule installs, coach technicians, and ensure safety and quality controls on all completed work.

Responsibilities include coordinating with branch management, processing job folders, permits, timesheets, and managing inventory. Excellent customer service and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training.
• Five years experience servicing or installing residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required.
• Demonstrated basic leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to train others in technical skills and effective customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate install availability with service coordinators.
• Manage production schedule to maximize productivity and meet customer needs.
• Create job folders for installers and technicians, ensure permits and paperwork are complete.
• Monitor technician performance and provide coaching or rewards for exceptional work.
• Train employees on processes, safety rules, and company offerings.
• Ensure safety, vehicle and tool maintenance, and accurate timekeeping.
