Aire Serv in Florida is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician Supervisor to lead a residential service team. This role involves meeting customers in their homes, diagnosing issues, performing repairs and maintenance, and recommending solutions to improve comfort and efficiency.

You will oversee projects from start to finish, train junior technicians, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule. A strong customer focus and leadership potential are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service, maintenance and installation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide system maintenance – consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly.
• Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans – help customers uncover opportunities and needs and recommend the best solution.
• Oversee projects from start to finish – collect the scope of work, order materials and schedule homeowner appointments.
• Direct & train junior technicians – guide and grow their capabilities.
• On call for nights & weekends – rotate schedule.
• Deliver world-class service – provide an amazing experience for customers.
