Job summary

Frank Gay Commercial Services seeks an experienced HVAC/R Field Supervisor to lead and supervise service and installation teams in Central Florida. You will train technicians, conduct quality and safety inspections, and resolve field issues to uphold company standards.

Ideal candidates bring a strong diagnostic background, the ability to train others, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. A commitment to safety and teamwork is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of Commercial HVAC/R experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair service.
Must have the ability to train others.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Acceptable criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Supervise and inspect all HVAC/R field technicians and helpers.
Coach and train technicians on customer service, technical knowledge, and company products.
Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and account management to ensure timely and accurate service.
Plan, forecast, and communicate goals and expectations to the team.
Incorporate safety topics into coaching, meetings, and training sessions.
