Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of field HVAC experience with strong diagnostic ability.
• Proven ability to coach and build trust with technicians at varying levels.
• Leadership experience as lead technician, field supervisor, or service manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach technicians through ride-alongs, observations, one-on-ones, and development plans.
• Provide technical support, assist with difficult diagnostics, and run service calls when needed.
• Deliver clear feedback and uphold safety, workmanship, documentation, and customer care standards.
