Baker Distributing Company is seeking a Sales Representative to manage HVAC residential and contractor sales across our wholesale distributorship. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and expand market share in a designated territory.

The role emphasizes full-cycle sales, product knowledge across heating, ventilation, and air conditioning lines, and engagement with dealers and contractors to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field a plus.
• 2–4 years of HVAC sales experience in wholesale/distribution desirable.
• Proven sales and marketing success in HVAC, with contractor relationships preferred.
