Job summary

Baker Distributing seeks a results-driven Sales Representative to manage HVAC residential and contractor sales for our established wholesale distributorship in Ocala, FL. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales growth, and expand market share in a designated territory.

Requirements include 2–4 years of HVAC sales experience, a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s in business a plus), and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business is a plus.
• Experience with residential and contractor relationships.
• Valid driver’s license if driving is essential.
