CoolSys, a nationwide leader in refrigeration, HVAC, and energy management, is seeking an organized dispatcher to prioritize calls, assign technicians, and keep customers informed.

The role focuses on coordinating field teams, monitoring service levels, and generating reports to improve plant performance and reduce downtime. Candidates should be proficient in Excel and Outlook, able to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and communicate clearly with customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• Strong computer (Excel/Outlook) skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize calls (incoming and backlog).
• Assign and dispatch technicians.
• Work with Service Managers to address open calls.
• Respond to inquiries.
• Create and distribute required reporting.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed SLAs.
• On a daily basis, review all incomplete calls.
• Maintain entry and verify nightly “on call” crew.
• Work with Service Manager's to ensure preventative maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Understand the geography of the market and understand the technicians.
