Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatching or scheduling preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or service industries is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize service requests via phone, email, and other channels.
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians based on availability, skillset, location, and priority.
• Communicate job details, customer information, and special instructions to technicians in the field.
• Monitor technician schedules and adjust for urgent requests.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician status, and customer communications.
• Coordinate with service managers, sales teams, and parts departments to ensure efficient job completion.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and keeping customers informed.
• Assist with follow-up communications, appointment confirmations, and schedule updates.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure dispatching activities are completed accurately and in accordance with procedures.
