Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience is required.
• Able to follow processes and multi-task with attention to detail.
• Dispatching experience in a similar industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provides back-up phone coverage as needed.
• Coordinates with senior dispatchers to schedule field technicians.
• Assists with backlog auditing and reporting as required.
• Generates service reviews/reports for customers.
• Updates customer site notes, belt lists, filter lists, and equipment lists.
