Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC in Gainesville, FL is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our field team. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on a variety of HVAC systems while delivering excellent service to residential and commercial clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in HVAC and appliance repair, owns tools and a reliable vehicle, and holds EPA certification. You must be located in the US and able to work independently, with strong communication and punctuality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HVAC and appliance repair experience.
• Must own tools and have a reliable vehicle.
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs (mandatory).
• Must reside in the US.
• Must complete onboarding interview.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Welding experience is a plus.
