Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our field team. The role focuses on maintenance, repairs, and installations across residential and commercial properties. You will work on diverse HVAC systems, ensuring reliable performance and customer satisfaction.

The position emphasizes on-site, local work with a flexible schedule. Candidates must have HVAC/appliance experience, own tools and a valid US driver’s license; EPA certification is required.

Qualifications

• HVAC and appliance repair experience required.
• Must own tools and have a reliable vehicle.
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
