Qualifications

• HVAC experience with maintenance and repairs.
• At least 2 years in HVAC or appliance repair.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle.
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required.
• Must pass onboarding interview.
• Valid driver's license; able to work independently.
• Must be located in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed. Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly.
• Experience in reading schematics and technical manuals.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English; ability to work independently.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
