Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our field service team, performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on residential and commercial properties.

You will need at least 2 years of HVAC or appliance repair experience, own tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently on rotating properties. Onboarding is required and local, flexible work opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC or appliance repair.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle required.
• Must complete onboarding interview.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.
• Must be located in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
