Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our field team. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on various HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HVAC/appliance repair experience, owns tools, and holds EPA certification. A valid driver's license and the ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced in HVAC and related fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC, Appliance repair work.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV).
• Must complete a short onboarding interview.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work independently.
• MUST to be located in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues or potential problems.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
