Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. You will maintain, repair, and install HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties, with emphasis on customer service and field reliability.

The role requires at least 2 years in HVAC or appliance repair, EPA certification, own tools, and a valid US driver’s license. Onboarding is conducted via vendor, and work is dispatched locally with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced.
• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC, Appliance repair work
• Own tools and reliable vehicle
• Must complete onboarding interview.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently
• MUST be located in the US

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge across trades including HVAC.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
