Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in HVAC and appliance repair
- Own tools and reliable vehicle
- EPA Certification for HVAC techs (mandatory)
- Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
- Must be located in the US
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment
- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks
- Fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries
- Demonstrate strong mechanical knowledge across trades
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
