Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC seeks an HVAC Technician to join our field team. You will handle maintenance, repairs, and installations across residential and commercial properties with a focus on reliability and customer service.

The role requires 2+ years in HVAC or appliance repair, EPA certification, own tools and vehicle, and independence. We offer a flexible schedule and potential full-time opportunity, with local dispatch to your area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC, Appliance repair work.
• Must be located in the US
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs (mandatory under new refrigerant regulations)
• Must complete onboarding interview
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently
• MUST be located in the US

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Welding experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
