Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC and appliance repair.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle.
• EPA certification required under new refrigerant regulations.
• Must reside in the US.
• Must complete onboarding interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues.
