Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our field team. The role focuses on maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties, with emphasis on reliable service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has HVAC and appliance repair experience, owns tools and a reliable vehicle, and holds EPA certification. Onboarding with a vendor will be required; US residency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC and appliance repair work.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle.
• Must complete onboarding interview.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work independently.
• MUST to be located in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues promptly.
