Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for servicing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential and commercial properties.

You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction, with a focus on reliability and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC and appliance repair.
• Own tools and a reliable vehicle.
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs required.
• Must complete onboarding interview.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work independently.
• Must be located in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly.
