Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, inside sales or customer service; home services experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
• Proven ability to follow up on leads and close; sales or estimate-conversion experience a plus.
• Strong multitasker who stays calm on a busy board.
• Clear, confident phone and written communication.
• Experience with field service software like ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Knowledge of the local area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and install technicians to keep routes efficient and calls on time.
• Follow up on technician-generated leads and turn open estimates into sold jobs.
• Help customers decide on repairs, replacements and maintenance plans.
• Re-route the board in real time when emergencies, cancellations or delays come up.
• Keep customers updated with confirmations, ETAs and status updates.
• Coordinate with technicians in the field on job details, parts and schedule changes.
• Keep work orders, notes and job status accurate in our field service software.
• Fill the maintenance and service schedule to keep techs productive and revenue flowing.
• Work closely with CSRs, the warehouse and management to keep the day running smoothly.
