Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and install technicians to keep routes efficient and calls on time.
• Follow up on technician-generated leads and turn open estimates into sold jobs.
• Help customers decide on repairs, replacements and maintenance plans.
• Re-route the board in real time when emergencies, cancellations or delays come up.
• Keep customers updated with confirmations, ETAs and status updates.
• Coordinate with technicians in the field on job details, parts and schedule changes.
• Keep work orders, notes and job status accurate in our field service software.
• Fill the maintenance and service schedule to keep techs productive and revenue flowing.
• Work closely with CSRs, the warehouse and management to keep the day running smoothly.

Pay: $24–$30/hour, depending on experience

Overview

We’re looking for a dispatcher who can run a busy board and also win business for the company. Our dispatcher is at the center of the operation, keeping techs moving, customers informed and revenue growing. While other shops slow down for the season, we’re still busy and hiring. If you’re sharp, competitive and good with people on the phone, this role is for you.
