Job summary

Unique Services, part of the American Residential Services (ARS) family, is hiring an HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate daily scheduling for residential service technicians in Florida. The role involves dispatching technicians, managing service requests, and ensuring timely customer appointments in a fast-paced office setting.

This position requires on-site presence with rotating shifts; pay is $21 per hour with benefits after a short onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments.
• Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with local geography to support technician routing and service scheduling.
• Must report daily to the office (no remote work available).
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as needed.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times.
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls.
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch system.
• Communicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC service appointments.
• Support field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
• Maintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the day.
