Job summary

Wrench Group is seeking a dispatcher to schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians to customers’ homes or businesses. The role emphasizes using ServiceTitan knowledge, strong communication, and reliable routing across the Phoenix metro area.

A minimum of 3 years in HVAC dispatch is required, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus. The position offers a competitive pay structure, work-from-home flexibility, ongoing training, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC dispatch/scheduling experience.
• Knowledge of the Phoenix, Metropolitan area for routing best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Update service appointment time frames for customers.
• Reschedule service appointments.
• Update Service Managers when issues arise.
• Schedule & dispatch Technicians to customer homes/businesses.
• Audits and reports as needed.
• Route calls using best practices.
• Administrative duties as requested.
• Communicate effectively with Technicians, Managers, and department heads.
