You will manage a portfolio of service calls, analyze data from appointments, balance multiple priorities, and drive performance within a fast-paced HVAC service environment while upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of versatile Dispatch experience.
• Proficient typing speed (≥45 wpm) and ability to manage multiple screens.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate technicians to scheduled calls.
• Confirm appointments and ensure on-time arrivals.
• Summarize and relay information effectively.
• Monitor and adjust routes based on technician availability.
• Analyze appointment data to assign the best technician for each call.
• Communicate opportunities to improve appointment outcomes to drivers.
