Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar industry.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with customers and field technicians.
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.
• Experience with dispatching software or scheduling platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize daily service technician schedules.
• Dispatch technicians to service calls and adjust schedules in real time.
• Coordinate incoming service requests and prioritize calls.
• Communicate appointment timing, updates, and expectations to customers.
• Provide technicians with job details, directions, and updates.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of scheduled work.
• Maintain records and job statuses in the dispatching system.
